We collect a person’s phone number when the person voluntarily provides it to us. A person can opt in to receive SMS messages from Faulkner & Graves, P.C. by agreeing to receive SMS messages from us. We use Zoom to send all SMS messages to persons who have opted in and who have agreed to receive SMS messages from us. To stop receiving SMS messages, a person can opt out by texting and/or replying with STOP.
No phone numbers and/or mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
